Online Commerce - Invoicing

Online Commerce - Invoicing

Question:

Hello, I have an online trading company and I work with Econt via wire transfer. I mainly sell to individuals.
My thought is, is it obligatory to issue an invoice for each sale (at the moment I am issued a document for the sales made) and a money transfer document, without the PIN number, do the invoices apply. And my other question is - after I send the shipment, can I issue an invoice after 3 days. I work only by bank transfer.

Greetings!

invoices, online trading, accounting, money transfers through Econt, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia

Answer:

Hello,

Invoicing is optional when the recipient is not a taxable individual.

The invoice must be issued no later than 5 days from the date of occurrence of the tax event - in your case (sale of goods by mail order or electronically) the tax event occurs on the date of receipt of payment for delivery.

We hope we were helpful!

Greetings!
