Hello!
We created the Foundation for the Support of Ukraine (YULNC) in August 2023. During this period we have no activity, there is no money in our account. Do we have to file any statements for 2023?

Hello,
You must submit to the Commercial Register a declaration that the Company was not active in 2023 (Declaration under Art. 38 para. 9 item 2 of the Accounting Act) by 30.06.2024.
