Sale of personal belongings

Sale of personal belongings

Question:
Hello!

This year I am selling personal belongings online (toys that my child does not use). Today I learned from Speedy and Econt that all payments go to the NRA. I made a reference to both shipping companies for the amount I received from the sale of personal belongings. I would like to ask if I will have to pay something to the NRA at the end of the year?

Thanks in advance!

personal belongings, sale, cash on delivery, NRA, GTD, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia

Answer:

Hello,

If it is about your old things - you do not owe any tax. Speedy and Econt regularly send inquiries about the imposed payments to the National Revenue Agency and next year when filling out their annual tax return, you will receive information about it, but you choose whether to include this information in your return or not. Since it is all about your personal belongings that you sell, you have the full right not to include this information in your personal statement.

We hope we have been useful to you!

Greetings!
