How can we liquidate a company that has not been operating for 7 years. The company is EOOD, not registered for VAT.

In short, the process is as follows:

1. A notification is submitted to the NRA for your wish to liquidate the company, and within 60 days the NRA issues a certificate for the notification.

2. The liquidation is announced in the Commercial Register, starting 6 months in which the potential creditors of the company can submit their claims.

3. The NSSI shall be notified. If there have ever been people in the company who have been employed, all payrolls are handed over. There is no specific term for this procedure, as it depends on the circumstances surrounding the specific company and the inspection that the NSSI will perform. It is usually between 2 and 6 weeks.

4. After all previous procedures have expired, the deletion of the company can be entered. The whole procedure is between 8 and 12 months.
