Interruption and resumption of company activity

Interruption and resumption of company activity

Question:
Hello!
My question concerns the interruption of the activity of the EOOD. The situation is this: I want to rent outdoor advertising to other companies, and in the months when there are no tenants, I would like to minimize the cost of insurance. This is where my question comes in - can I avoid self-employed person insurance in the months I am not paid rent by filing a notice of termination of employment? When a new landlord appears, submit a new application within 7 days of starting the activity. If so, is there a limit to how many times this termination notice can be filed within a year?
Thanks in advance!

Answer:
Hello,
In theory, the fact that you have no client and corresponding income in a given month is not a sufficient condition for lack of activity. If during this period you are looking for clients, do advertising, incur expenses related to the activity - then these are also reasons for the presence of activity. I.e. in order to have a reason to stop an activity, it should not be carried out the mentioned activities, accordingly you will then be able to minimize the costs of insurances. There is no limit in the law on how often a declaration for starting and stopping an activity will be submitted. However, the frequent start and stop of an activity may arouse suspicion and prompt the NRA authorities to carry out an investigation to establish the circumstances that make this necessary.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
