I have a company with which I opened an online store. When the company is not registered under Art. 97a under VAT, will there be a problem for posting an invoice from Facebook?

There will be no problem for the accounting itself (by accounting we mean that this invoice is filed in the company's accounting registers). However, the problem is that the VAT registration under Art. 97a is mandatory in this case, and in a possible inspection by the National Revenue Agency, if they find that there is a reason for registration, but you did not do it, then sanctions will follow.
