What you can do is register as a farmer. You should go to your nearest office of the State Agricultural Fund (DFZ). Unfortunately, we are not familiar with the specific requirements and procedure for the registration itself, so you will be able to get more information on this topic from the DFZ employees. After registration, you will be able to start developing your business by having the opportunity to make sales. It is not a problem to rent/buy a room that you can adapt as a shop and sell your products accordingly. There is no obstacle to making sales at the very place where the hives are.
