Deletion of ET with a deceased owner

Deletion of ET with a deceased owner

Question:
Hello!

What is required to delete an ET for a deceased owner. The company has not been active since 1997. There are three successors. Can one of the heirs submit an application to delete the ET? How much will the service cost? What documents should be prepared to submit the application besides death certificate and certificate of heirs?
Thanks in advance!

Answer:
Hello,
This type of service is performed by lawyers, so we recommend that you contact a lawyer.
From the experience we have with our clients, we can share what we know as the procedure.
The deletion of the ET takes place after a notification has been submitted to the Registration Agency. When it comes to deletion due to death, a certificate of heirs is also attached to the application. In addition, you must also provide a certificate from the National Insurance Institute that all pay slips (insurance slips) have been forwarded to them, as well as several declarations from the heirs. The whole procedure takes about 2 months and all documents can be entered by one person with a power of attorney from the heirs (it can be one of the heirs with a power of attorney from the rest or a third person with a power of attorney from all the heirs). The state fee at the Registration Agency is BGN 30 for manual entry and BGN 15 for electronic entry. Documents can only be entered electronically by a lawyer with a lawyer's signature.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
