Manicurist as a freelancer or with a patent
Manicurist as a freelancer or with a patent
Question:
Hello!
I want to work as a manicurist. I have certificates for completed courses. I read, I ask in different places, but I get different answers. My question is - can I register as a freelancer? Can I not be on a patent, can I report the income from a cob without a cash register and after deducting 25% of expenses and insurances can I pay 10% tax on the rest? When I pay 10% income tax / after deducting 25% for expenses and insurances /, do I have to pay a patent to the municipality as a free profession?
Thanks in advance!
Answer:
Hello,
Once you have a certificate for completed course as a manicurist, there is no obstacle to register as a freelancer. As such, you will not have the obligation to have a cash register and, as you describe, you will be able to issue notes from a cob and pay a tax of 10% on income, reduced by 25% statutory expenses and insurance paid during the year.
You choose whether to be a patent or a freelancer. These are two different methods of taxation. Ie if you choose 10% taxation, you will not owe road tax and vice versa.
We hope we have been helpful to you.
Greetings!
