There is no problem issuing invoices both in paper form (from the cob) and in electronic form (via an invoicing application). What you have to consider is that the two types of invoices must have different numbers. If we assume that you have issued invoices only on paper so far, then you continue this numbering, but for invoices issued in electronic form, you will have to start a separate numbering that differs from that of paper invoices.
