The SOL of EOOD begins to be insured in a member state based on an employment contract. At the same time, the person as a PL is a trader within the meaning of the Commercial Code with a Bulgarian tax registration, who has an installed photovoltaic system. What should we do, since it cannot be insured simultaneously in two EU member states. Is it possible for the SOL to continue as a SOL with only health contributions based on the employment contract and the adopted social security legislation of a member state, since the main employment is in Germany, but within each month and return to Bulgaria.

A person can be insured only in one EU country. Once he is insured on an employment contract in Germany, his obligation to be insured as a SOL in Bulgaria is waived. Naturally, in the event of a possible inspection by the NRA/NOI, this will have to be proven with the relevant documents issued by the German authorities.
