Can a pensioner register a company as a self-employed person? Are insurance policies equalized at the end of the year? As a self-employed person, can I issue invoices to a company in another EU country?

Hello,
There is no obstacle for a pensioner to register as a self-employed person. Regarding insurance, the individual chooses whether or not to insure for a pension. Health insurance is mandatory. At the end of the year, insurances are equalized depending on the type of insurance selected (if only health insurance is selected, only health insurances are equalized, if full insurance is selected, all insurances are equalized).
There is no obstacle to issue invoices.
