The entire document entry procedure usually takes up to two hours of the manager's time. It is not possible to register a company without the presence of the manager, as he must certify his signature before a notary, as well as personally deposit the authorized capital into the collection account in the bank. Up to seven working days after the documents are entered in the TR, the company's registration is issued. The costs of the company, apart from the capital (the minimum by law is BGN 2), are for a notary (6-10 BGN, depending on the notary), a bank (10-45 BGN, depending on the bank) and state tax in TR - 110 BGN or everything around BGN 130-170.
You mention that you want to participate in various public procurements. You should keep in mind that various similar orders may have requirements both for the subject of activity and for the company's capital. These two circumstances are described at the very establishment of the company, and although they can be further changed later, it will take you at least one to two weeks of technological time.
