Provision of a pensioner when doing personal work

Provision of a pensioner when doing personal work

Question:
Hello!
I am retired and will register an EOOD. I intend to insure myself as a self-insured person, paying only health insurance on the minimum insurance income. If there is a decision by the company that I receive remuneration for my personal work, do I also have to pay personal injury and disability insurance in order for the remuneration to be recognized as an expense of the company?
Thanks in advance!

provision of a pensioner, self-employment, owner in EOOD, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia
Answer:
Hello,
You do not have to pay insurance for DOO and DZPO. If you want you can do it. This will in no way affect the fact that the salary expense will be recognized for tax purposes.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
