Online trading without a registered company

Online trading without a registered company

Question:
Hello!
Am I legally entitled to do online trading without a company and pay profit tax as an individual or do I have to open a company?
I have read a lot of information about this, but some things are conflicting and I need some help.
Thanks in advance!

Answer:
Hello,
In principle, the law states that once you are trading, you must register as some kind of trader. However, since there are many cases like yours, the NRA allows you to declare your income and accordingly pay your taxes also as an individual who has not registered as a trader. In reality, you will be treated as a Sole Trader and accordingly you will have to declare your income in the order in which sole traders declare their income.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
