According to the order, it is clear that the period for which I am entitled to this assistance is June - October 2022. Circumstances change, during this period - pregnancy. As this pregnancy is risky, I intend not to work during this period. In this case, how, when and what documents are submitted to the National Institute of Social Sciences in order to receive maternity leave from the state?

One of the mandatory conditions for receiving maternity benefits is - on the date of going on maternity leave (which happens 45 days before your due date) you are insured for OZM (general illness and maternity). In practice, this means that at that date you are either employed on an employment contract or self-employed (as the owner and manager of a company, sole trader or self-employed person). The other condition is that you have at least 12 months of insurance for OZM - regardless of when you accumulated this experience.
