I have a question about issuing receipts to customers who rent an apartment through Booking and Airbnb. My company is registered for VAT on a general basis and has its own categorized apartment, which it rents on a short-term basis through the Booking and Airbnb platforms. The money from the customers is collected by the platforms and received on the bank account of the company (once a month or after each accommodation). How is the issue of issuing a receipt to the client, is it mandatory, and how is the movement of money recorded at the cash register and at the bank?

A cash receipt is issued upon receipt of payment in cash or receipt of payment through a payment system that is not on the lists of the BNB. When receiving money from customers on a bank account, you have no obligation to issue a receipt.
