Hello!
I have a VAT registered company. I own apartments that I want to rent out through Booking, but my account is blocked. Can I rent them out to an individual on a summer season contract, the individual receives the payments from Booking and I receive the invoices for commission and pay 20% on top of it. Could you suggest another option.

You have three options:
1. To do the necessary to unblock the accounts of the company.
2. To rent the apartment to another person - a company or an individual for a certain fee. However, the tenant will have to offer the apartment through their Booking account and accordingly receive invoices for the Booking commission in their name.
3. To sell the apartment to another person - a company or an individual. Similarly, the new owner will have to operate through his Booking account.
