Hello!
I want to advertise on Facebook and that's the only reason I need VAT registration. When registering a new company under Art. 97a of the VAT, do I pay VAT on the products that I will sell only in Bulgaria, or do I owe tax only on the advertising invoices?

Hello,
When registering for VAT according to Art. 97a, you will owe VAT only on the amount of services received from legal entities outside Bulgaria (in your case, as far as we understand, on the services received from Facebook).
