I'm about to start a non-business. The idea is as follows: I, as the captain of a vessel, will organize a group from Bulgaria (6-10 people) to spend their vacation on a yacht in Greece. The payment scheme will be as follows: we rent a yacht for one week, which is, for example, 2000 euros for the whole week. My remuneration for the organization and for being captain of the yacht during this one week will be 1000 euros. The total amount of 3000 euros will be divided equally among the group (6-10 people). That is, if the group consists of 8 people, then each person will pay 375 euros.
Which type of company will be most suitable for the activity I will be doing? What will be the mandatory expenses of the activity of this company, considering that, apart from me, no one else will be involved in the activity of the company?

About costs: You will have insurance costs. The minimum monthly insurance contribution is about BGN 260. In addition, at the end of the year you will also owe 10% corporate tax on the realized profit. You will also owe a 5% dividend tax on the amounts that the company has realized as profit and that you use for personal needs. If you accept cash, you will have to buy a cash register - about BGN 300-400, and you will also owe about BGN 100-150 in annual subscription for it.
