If you live permanently in Belgium and are not insured in Bulgaria, tax and social security legislation will be applicable in Belgium. If you have a certificate of applicable tax and social security legislation for you and if you get such a document, you will receive and pay income taxes on the Bulgarian tax and social security legislation.

If you A1 from Bulgaria and work in Belgium, the Bulgarian company will have to provide and maintain tax under Belgian law.
