Answer:
The reference to Art. 70, para 1 of the Labor Code means that the contract is concluded with a probation period. The contract must state the length of the test, bearing in mind that the time limit under Art. 70 (1) may not be more than 6 months. If your contract expires until the time of your release even if you have one day, your employer may not unilaterally terminate your contract.
If notice is given in the contract for termination of the contract for 30 days without any other indication, this means that the pre-notification is in favor of both parties. This means that in order to terminate the contract with you, the employer must meet the deadline. If you fail to comply with it, besides your due remuneration for the work done until the termination of the contract, you are also obliged to pay compensation for the non-observance of the notice in the amount of your salary for the term of the notice.
You are also awarded compensation for unused paid annual leave (if you have not used it).
You will not be able to pay your salary at the time of termination - this will happen after the salaries of all staff have been accrued when they pay the salaries to all who remain at work.
If you have problems with your employer about your release and think you are violating your rights, you can always contact your local Labor Inspectorate for your employer's place of registration.
