Answer :
Hello,
On the first question, we can answer that at any moment you can "freeze" the activity of your company. For this purpose a declaration is made in a form in the territorial directorate of the NRA whereby you declare the temporary suspension of your insurance as self-insured person. However, this does not change your obligation to pay the contributions due for the insurance provided until termination. Until this obligation is repaid, interest will be charged at the rate of the basic interest plus 20 points.
On the issue of maternity, you should know that the right to hospital for maternity and childbirth, as well as child-raising allowance up to two years old, have the persons who, first, at the time of the first hospital (45 days) (which includes insured for temporary incapacity for work - in other words, insured for hospitals) and who have at least 12 months of social security coverage for all social risks (sickness insurance). If you start working on your employment contract and your job continues until the first hospital list, the first condition will be met. In order for the second condition to be fulfilled, you must have insured yourself as a self-insured person through your company for all social risks (including sickness) at least for months that do not reach you at 12 on the new job. That declarations are submitted does not mean that you are insured. Contributions need to be made. It is very important that when you have submitted the declaration of starting your self-insurance, you have noted that you will also be insured for hospital care. If this is not done (if you have provided the minimum rates means you are not insured for sickness), then you can not use this period even if you make part of the contributions due as a self-insured person. If you previously worked somewhere on a labor contract (which means that you are insured for all social risks), this can serve as maternity insurance because there is no requirement for the 12 months to be continuous and to the same insurer. But if you do not collect these 12 months, you can not use hospital in pregnancy and childbirth.
If you come across this hypothesis, you can claim a one-time birth grant and some other benefits that are guaranteed under certain conditions in the Social Security Code.
Greetings.
