Self-insured person in two companies

Self-insured person in two companies

Question:
Hello,

I have a company - Ltd., through which I insure myself as a self-insured person. I am currently starting work with a new company - again Ltd. Should a declaration of commencement of activity be submitted and what should it be?

Thanks!

EOOD, SALT, OKD 5, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia

Answer:

Hello,

You will have to submit a declaration for starting the activity of the new company. If you are the owner of both companies and you are insured as a self-insured person during the first, then in the declaration for starting the activity of the second company, you will not note that you start insurance, as you can be a self-insured person only in one Company.

We hope we have been helpful.

Greetings!
