I want to know how a company can legally sell used phones in a store. Ie the phone is purchased by an individual in person or online and there is no way to issue an invoice for my purchase. What must be done?

Without documents for the purchase of phones, you can not account for this as an expense. For this purpose, since individuals cannot issue you invoices, you can make a short type of contract in which to fill in data about the seller, the phone model and the price for which you buy it.
