Upon initiation and termination of a company's activity, a "Declaration for the registration of a self-insured person" shall be submitted to the NRA in a standard form. The statement itself shall state whether it is about starting, interrupting or resuming an activity. Once you have stopped the business, I suppose you have made such a statement. Now you have to submit the same, but inside to indicate that you are resuming the activity, as well as the date from which the activity starts, respectively, that is the date from which you start to provide yourself as a self-insured person. With regard to the insurances to be paid per month, the minimum amount to be calculated for a self-insured person is 420 levs, which makes approximately BGN 108 social security contributions per month. This is because the owner and the manager are the same person (I guess you) and the management contract mentions that the manager is not remunerated for the work done. Otherwise, insurance will also be payable on the manager's salary according to his remuneration described in the management contract, which may not be less than the minimum insurance threshold for the type of activity in question.
