I want to open a document translation and legalization agency based in Belgium. What are the requirements? Do I need an address in Bulgaria or only in Belgium?

If you want to open a translation agency in Belgium, you must register a company in Belgium and you will be tax and social security liable according to Belgian law. Even if you register a company in Bulgaria, if the place of activity is through an office in Belgium, then you will have to open a Belgian branch of your Bulgarian company and you will again be tax and social security obligated there. If you register a Bulgarian company, which will carry out translation and legalization activities remotely from Bulgaria (without an office in Belgium), then you will be tax and social security obligated according to Bulgarian legislation.
