Should a management contract be concluded with it and what is the minimum insurance threshold / as an amount / at which the manager must be insured? Could you guide me as a sum of what the social security and health contributions will be at this threshold?

A manager who is not a partner in a company must be insured under a management contract.
The minimum insurance threshold on which you must make insurance and health contributions for the activity you describe is BGN 1,299.
The contributions from the manager are as follows:
- social security contributions BGN 137.44
- health contributions BGN 41.57
- Income tax BGN 112.00
EVERYTHING FROM THE MANAGER BGN 291.01
The employer's contributions are as follows:
- social security contributions BGN 184.72
- health contributions BGN 62.35
EVERYTHING FROM THE EMPLOYER BGN 247.07
All insurance and tax = BGN 538.08
