The most suitable form of business activity at present is EOOD.

Registration of a company is in the Commercial Register.

A set of documents is attached to the Commercial Register standard form A4 - three types of declarations, a company contract, a memorandum from the constituent meeting, a document certifying the contribution of the share capital and a document on the state fee for opening the company

The company agreement (the constitutive act) should specify:

- the business name of the company

- the amount of the share capital and how it is divided into shares

- the seat and address of the company's correspondence

Of course, there should be a number of other clauses that comply with the requirements of the Commerce Act

After the registration of the company has been registered in the Commercial Register, the company is stamped and a declaration is submitted to the NRA for the start of the activity. If business is required to register VAT (usually mandatory for Google ads, Amazon mediation and similar platforms), documents must be submitted to the NRA for VAT registration.

A current account of the company is disclosed (if necessary, besides the lev, a foreign currency account is opened)
