My question is related to a loan that I received as an individual via bank transfer from an individual. I paid interest for 2022. by bank transfer in 2022, but I don't know if I should declare the interest I paid and how?

You have no obligation to declare the interest you have paid, but if the outstanding portion of the loan is greater than BGN 10,000, you are obligated to declare the amount of the outstanding portion of the loan and from whom it was granted.
