Do the National Revenue Agency recognize invoices from China?

Question:
Hello!
I order goods from AliExpress from China. I created a company - EOOD, I have a company account with which I pay for all orders and download the statements, but the goods arrive directly at home - without a customs declaration, as the VAT is paid in advance and I receive the goods from a counterparty in the EU. With every order in AliExpress, there is an option to download an invoice, which describes: number of goods, unit price, VAT percentage and cost of transport, but where the company name is, only the delivery address is written, without bulkstat. There is also no business data of the seller. Can this be recognized as an expense invoice by the NRA. Nothing is hidden and everything is provable, but not according to EU standards.
Thanks in advance!

customs clearance of goods, VAT of goods, invoices from third parties, expense invoices from China, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia
Answer:
Hello,
It is not a problem that Chinese invoices do not comply with Bulgarian or EU legislation. After all, they don't have that obligation. You can use them safely, as long as you can attach documents for payment and transport documents to them.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
