Hello!
I registered as a self-insured person some time ago, but I have not been active since the date of registration. I have not received any income and I no longer need this registration. How do I stop this activity? I live out of the country, can this be done online?

In principle, it is possible to do this even without being in Bulgaria. For this purpose, you must authorize someone, and the power of attorney itself must be certified by a Bulgarian notary (in Bulgaria or at the Bulgarian embassy).
Realistically, if this registration doesn't bother you, we see no point in doing it. It, in itself, does not require any commitment on your part, as long as no declaration has been submitted to the National Revenue Agency for starting an activity. Even if you don't need this registration right now, you may have it and be able to use it in the future.
