Can I get maternity leave and have a company?

Can I get maternity leave and have a company?

Question:
Hello!
I am currently on maternity leave, and then I will go on maternity leave. I am employed on a labor contract in Bulgaria, but my work is hard. In the meantime, I found a job from home with a company from England, which I can do while I am on sick leave and maternity leave. My questions are:
Do I have to register as a self-employed person (ie have a bullstat)?
In the contract it says that at the end of the month I have to present them with an invoice, does this mean that I have to register a company?
Will my sick leave and then maternity be terminated if I sign the contract with the English company?
Thanks in advance!

compensation for pregnancy, maternity, company registration, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Burgas
Answer:

Hello,
Carrying out any employment activity (in the form of a freelance, ET or in the capacity of owner and manager of a company) would prevent you from receiving compensation. The option we can offer you is to register a company in your name, but to put another person as the manager of the company or to directly register a company of another person. In this way, at least on paper, you will not perform any labor activity and this will not prevent you from receiving cash compensation for sick leave.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
