Business with second-hand clothes

Question:
Hello!

I am interested in second-hand goods bought by private individuals from Western Europe, for which there are no invoices, how can they be sold legally in a store with a cash register?
Thanks in advance!

second-hand goods, used clothes, company creation, invoices, bank transfer, accounting services, Varna, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Burgas, Sofia
Answer:
Hello,
To be able to carry out the activity you describe, you must have a registered company. After that you can start your activity. For each product you purchase, there must be both a sales document (invoice or contract/protocol for the purchase of goods if you are buying from natural persons) and a payment document (payment order, receipt, receipt). Accordingly, you must also register your sales - if they are in cash with the issuance of a receipt, if they are by bank transfer - with an invoice and a bank statement for a received bank transfer.
We hope we have been helpful!
Greetings!
