Hello! I have a few questions . I want to find a company in Bulgaria (EOOD or other kind if you offer me), but I do business in Greece. It is about renting a boat and a studio. The boats are in the name of my fiancé, i.e. he has a company in greece and i work there as an office assistant at the moment. Our idea is if we can either jointly find a company in Bulgaria to rent boats in Greece. Should a Bulgarian company have an affiliate in Greece? Or all taxes can be paid only in Bulgaria. I asked my accountant here and he says to find the company in Bulgaria and then to rent the boats from the Greek company with a contract of course and then to the Bulgarian company to give the boats to tourists. Is this possible? I ask for your advice on the best option.

In this way you will again do business / sale to end customers / on the territory of Greece, which automatically follows the taxation on the territory of Greece and registration of the Bulgarian company in some form. Your best option is to buy all the boats from Greece and then rent them to the Greek company. All receipts from the end customers will arrive at the Greek company, and it will pay / after a small deduction / almost the entire amount of the Bulgarian rent. Both companies should be registered under VAT, but it will not be charged.
