Annual financial statement and zero declaration
Annual financial statement and zero declaration
Question:
Hello, how many years after a firm has stopped working, you must file an Annual Financial Statement and a zero tax return. Thank you in advance.
Answer:
Hello,
Although the company is suspended, this does not remove your obligation to prepare and submit an annual tax return and statements to the relevant institutions. Until the liquidation of the Company, you are obliged to file a Non-Activity Report for the Statistics, an Annual Tax Return without Activity at the NRA and an Annual Financial Statement in the Commercial Register. For the eventual failure to submit them, when these circumstances are established, acts will be issued both to the company as a legal person and to the manager as a natural person. The limitation period for failure to act is 5 years. (the last 4 unsaved years are always on the list for sanctions)
We hope we have been useful.
Greetings.
