Hello, I'm considering to sign up for a company. I understand that I have to submit a declaration to the NRA within 7 days from the start of the business (the first cost I have done, for example). My question is, after registration of a company, am I obliged to submit the declaration of start-up, even though the company does not do it and will not be there in the next few months?

Hello,

Once you have registered a company, your obligation to file a business start-up declaration and self-insurance is up to 7 days after the start of any activity of the newly registered company. The question of what is considered as a startup of a company stands in a slightly different way. Beginning business is not just cost-driven because it should also be tied to revenue in this line of thought. In fact, any action by the manager, such as signing a contract, may be considered to be a business start-up, although it may not generate a direct cash flow at the time of the action itself. If, in view of the above, you do not do any business (you have not bought or sold anything or signed any contracts or documents), you should not make this statement or anything else.

If until the end of the year does not start the business, do not forget to submit an application D1 or D2 at the beginning of the next year until 31.03.2019, accompanied by:

- Declaration under Article 13, para. 4 of the Commercial Register Act and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities (ZTRR) - for lack of activity during the calendar year

- Declaration under Art. 38, para. 9, item 2 of the Final Act in free text - for the truth of the circumstances, which you have requested.
