Hello!

What are the requirements for registration and what is the procedure for opening a private office of a psychologist. I plan to register with the National Revenue Agency as a freelance psychologist without starting a company. Please explain to me where I need to register in order for my activity to be legal?

Hello,

In order to practice as a freelancer, you must register in the Bulstat Register with the Registry Agency. The registration takes place after providing:

- ID card

- a completed application form for registration of a freelancer

- a copy of the Diploma / Certificate, certifying the necessary qualification for carrying out the activity

- declaration according to a sample for the authenticity of the data and documents provided by you

- document for paid state fee.

Once the registration in the Bulstat Register is ready, you will receive BULSTAT (which will be the same as your PIN). On this basis, you will now have to submit a Declaration of Registration to a self-employed person from the moment you start your activity. From now on, at least from a tax point of view, there are no obstacles to starting your business.
