Opening your own business. Mikroblading.

Question:

What I want to do is to start my own business. But I barely know anything.

What I'm going to do is called Microblading. Until now, I was looking for information to open up my own business, and I found information from one microblading specialist as a freelancer, which saves me from opening a company and cash registers and all these costs. My one question is whether you know if it really is, and can I register as a self-employed person? As far as I can see, it belongs to a Cosmetic or a Makeover profession (both). If it is possible to do this, what is the procedure itself, what documents do I need, where should I present them? What taxes do I owe and how do I declare my income if I do not have a cash register? Are I interested and need to self-insure and if so, what are the benefits? Finally, if it is possible to enroll as a freelancer, what is the better option. Do I practice or create a company?

Thanks.

Answer:

Hello,

First of all, to open your own business under the "Freelancer" company, you must have a document certifying your microblading qualification in your case.

If you have such a certificate, diploma or any other such document, the Bulstat Register shall be filed with the Registry Agency (filled in form, qualification document, declaration of the authenticity of the documents submitted and a document for a paid state fee).

For cash payments received in the course of your business, you are not required to register a cash register.

You owe a 10% tax on all earnings, reduced by 25% of the legally recognized costs (without having to prove them documented).
Advance payment of the tax due after submitting the declaration under Art. 55 of the Act.
Until 30.04. an annual tax return for the personal income is filed in the following year, in which you declare all income received in cash and by bank transfer, form an annual tax base
(reduction of revenue by 25% of legally recognized costs), you determine the due tax (10% of the annual base) and indicate the prepayments made during the year. If there is additional tax due, add it if you do not - you enter a bank account to be reimbursed to you.
You are required to make insurance contributions as a self-insured person. With the current minimum social security income for the country of BGN 510, the insurance contributions for about BGN 160 with social security and maternity insurance and BGN 140 without social security and maternity insurance.
This is basically a "freelancer".

If you think that the costs you can prove documentarily are more than 25% of your earnings, then it is better to sign up for EOOD and do your business through the company. Your insurances will be so much, but you will have to count your earnings from cash-paid activities through a cash register.

We hope we were useful to you.

Bets regards.
