Question:

Hello
Second year I am on maternity leave ending with the child's 2 years of age on 24.07.2017
I can not find my employer, and there is no one to release me from work and fill out my workbook! The company was closed, I have no job but without releasing me and without a completed labor book how to go to the stock exchange until I find a job? What to do?

Answer:

Hello,

In order to close, the company must go through a winding-up procedure, which takes about 8 months. If this procedure has passed, this means that your contract has been terminated, an order has been issued and the documents (records, pay sheets) have been submitted to the NSSI archive.

The easiest way to find out if and when your contract is terminated is to run a NRA's RIP code and check through the NRA system how things are with your employment contracts - when they are concluded and when they are terminated. If your last employment contract is terminated, you should find the order to terminate the company in a record in the NSSI. If it is not terminated, I advise you to contact the Labor Inspectorate and ask for their assistance to terminate the contract (search for the company and issue a termination order).

We hope we have been useful

Greetings.
