In order to inform the second employer about the income paid under the first contract, it is enough to get a service note from the first employer about the insurance income for the relevant month, which you can present.
The accountant of your second employer should be aware of how to draw up declaration 1. This is not your commitment, but your employer's. In this case, he will have to note as insurance income the amount of BGN 1150.00, on which insurance contributions will be due, and only personal income tax will be due on the difference of BGN 450.00.
In the event that insurance above the maximum insurance income has already been allowed, your Second Employer must submit the necessary corrections to the declarations for the previous months.
