In order not to interrupt your health rights, it is mandatory to maintain your health insurance at all times. If you work for a company, this is done through your employer. If you are not insured through an employer or a state institution, you must submit to the NRA at your permanent address (from the moment of termination of your health insurance through another legal or natural person) a declaration form 7 for starting health insurance on your behalf. In case you receive taxable income during the year (for example: income from rent or other remunerated use of rights or property, and / or income from royalties, etc.), you must make an annual equalization of their insurance income in Table 2 to their annual tax return for personal income taxation under Art. 50 of the Personal Income Tax Act. In case you do not realize income subject to taxation during the year, you do not have to make an annual equalization.
