I want to ask if I can find a company (Ltd.), given that I have a seizure imposed by the PEA, without any problems for the company I want to find?

Hello,

If the seizure by the PEA is in your capacity as an individual, then you will have the opportunity to open a company in your name.

Once you have already opened a limited liability company, the PEA may seize your shares in the company. This means that you cannot transfer / sell your part of your property to the Ltd. The company will be able to function normally without fears that you will have a lien on the accounts and property of the company itself. Only you will not be able to transfer your property to other people.
