Attorney at law. Attorney fee

Question 1:

Please guide me where it is regulated which document you need to issue a lawyer to receive attorney's fees.
In the Internet, I meet variants with contracts (or receipts) of the coin, which I have read, translated and certified in the tax, but I also meet variants with a contract in free text without a serial number, which states that the amount is paid in cash.

Answer 1:

Hello,

Lawyers are not obliged to have cash registers and issue cash receipts. They usually fill out an account / contract from a numbered box. You can order them or buy one from department stores.

We hope we have been useful.

lawyer, accountant, lawyer's remuneration, attorney's services, accounting services, receipt, free trade, Plovdiv, Rousse, Burgas, Sofia

Bets regards.

Question 2:

Hello!

Thanks for your reply. Perhaps I did not express myself clearly enough. My question is: Are lawyers obliged to fill in a contract from a pre-lettered, crossed-out and certified box and where is the law recorded? I hope the answer.

Thank you in advance.

Answer 2:

Hello,

Since lawyers are part of the exercising people, etc. a "free trade", who carry out their activities without being obliged to issue cash receipts for cash received, there is no other measure of income from the business activity carried out besides this contract. Failure is not monitored by anyone, but as tax monitors shop for non-receipt of receipts, "secret client" to find that you are doing business without registering it by filling out a lawyer's contract and penalizing you for income concealment. Whether you make such contracts depends entirely on yourself - you decide whether you will register all your revenue from the business or you will remain part of it in the "gray" sector, of course you are also responsible for the decisions.

Best regards.
