Therefore, I would like to ask you what would be the most appropriate form - ET, OOD, EOOD or another? As with entrance fees, individuals must issue a receipt or ticket and where do they come from?

In order to exercise artistic activity, it is sufficient to register in the Bulstat register at the Commercial Register as a freelancer. For this purpose you need to have a document certifying your qualification as an artist. If you do not have such a document, it is good to register EOOD (Sole proprietorship - when the company has only one owner). Thus, through EOOD you will be able to practice your activity.

If, in order for a person to attend your show, it is necessary to buy an entrance ticket with the indicated order and place, it is necessary to print your entrance tickets. When selling them and receiving money for the entrance tickets, it is necessary for them to be completed with a receipt from a cash register registered to your Ltd. If tickets for order and place are not required, you only need to issue a receipt when you receive the entrance fee.
