Amount of compensation for pregnancy, maternity and raising a child up to 2 years
Amount of compensation for pregnancy, maternity and raising a child up to 2 years
Question:
Hello!
In a month I will be hospitalized 45 days before the birth. I work under an employment contract, if I am employed in another company of TD and I take sick leave for both companies, will the amount of compensation increase for me?
Thanks!
Answer:
Hello,
The amount of the benefit for pregnancy, maternity and raising a child up to 2 years of age depends on the total amount you were insured for 24 months before you were hospitalized. Ie it doesn't matter at all how many places you insured before you went into maternity leave. It only matters on what amount. In reality, after you have 1 month to go into maternity leave, even if they raise the amount you are insured for this 1 month, the real increase in the benefit you will receive later will be minimal, as the calculation includes the period from the previous 24 months.
We hope we have been helpful.
Greetings!
