From a tax and accounting perspective, it is appropriate to register a Non-Profit Company through which you can carry out the activity you described. Donations will need to be reported, as well as what they were used for (materials, services, labor, etc.). Accordingly, annual reports on the activities of the Non-Profit Company must be submitted.
